If you experience any discomfort, difficulty, or resistance when attaching the product, please do not force it.
Instead, stop using the product immediately and contact our store as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or scratches to smartphones, smartwatches, or other devices caused by forceful or improper installation.
Returns
Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or issues that may occur while the returned item is in transit before it reaches us.
For this reason, we strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking when returning items.
Items returned without prior notice or approval from us will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, if it is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, the product will be returned to the customer.
In such cases, all return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Additionally, if the actual product cannot be returned (for example, if it has already been disposed of), we will be unable to verify its condition and therefore cannot offer an exchange or refund.
