【Warranty Overview】
Replacement is available once within 6 months of the date of purchase, as stated on the delivery slip included with the case.

We do not accept warranty or inquiries by phone, letter or fax. Please understand.
【Application method】
Cases that meet all of the following conditions are covered by the warranty.
Within 6 months of the case purchase date (only once)
Natural damage or malfunction of the case: - Natural peeling of the printing - General damage from natural cracks or chips - Natural malfunction of the case functions (buttons not working, parts falling off, ribbon not returning in ribbon cases, etc.)
The case and delivery slip must be in a condition that allows them to be returned to our company.
【Items not covered by the warranty】
If any of the following apply, the item will not be covered by the warranty.
Used products, second-hand products, products that have been transferred, products purchased from auction or flea market sites
If the product has been lost, stolen or disposed of
If the delivery slip has been lost (we are unable to reissue delivery slips)
If the case is used on a device other than the specified device (e.g. an iPhone 12 case is used on an iPhone 13)
If the name on the delivery slip is different from the purchaser's name
If the product has been used for more than 6 months from the date of purchase (the date of order stated on the delivery slip)
Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters
Damage caused by the customer's intentional or negligent actions
(Examples)
Damage or deformation caused by excessive force
Discolouration or deformation caused by the use of chemicals, cleaners or other liquids
Exposure to extreme cold or heat
Modification of the product
Damage or scratches caused by the case coming into contact with or getting caught on other objects
Intentional removal of the printed areas on the case
【Items not covered by the warranty】
The starting date of the warranty period is the order date stated on the delivery note included with the case at the time of purchase.
Warranty service is limited to replacement only. Returns and refunds are only accepted within the initial defect period (within 7 days of purchase).
No new warranty will be granted within the warranty period, starting from the date of replacement of the case.
(One replacement per case will be granted within the warranty period.
Please be sure to enter the purchaser's name when placing your order. The name entered in this field will be the person covered by the warranty.
You will need to return the case and the delivery slip within the period specified by the person in charge.
The return postage will be borne by the customer.
The warranty service may be changed without notice.
The replacement will be the same product as the one purchased. If the product is discontinued or out of stock, it may be replaced with a different product. Please understand in advance.
We only accept exchanges for accessories sold on this site within the initial defect period (within 7 days of purchase).
